Hi, I’m Maja — mum of three, marketing and events professional, and someone who firmly believes childhood should feel a little bit magical.

Some of my most treasured memories growing up were the moments where imagination quietly took over — when games became adventures and ordinary spaces transformed into magical kingdoms.

I’ve always been a lover of celebrating life’s moments, both big and small. In our home, celebrations aren’t reserved just for birthdays; ordinary mornings occasionally become something worth remembering. I love creating and sharing beauty. To me, a gift bag is never just a gift bag, but an opportunity to create a small, meaningful moment for a child.

After settling in Shrewsbury and becoming part of the local community, birthday parties quickly became a joyful part of our family life. Along the way, I recognised an opportunity to create children’s celebrations that feel thoughtfully designed — calm, imaginative and aesthetically considered, where storytelling and styling come together to create a truly memorable experience.

Blush & Blue Events was born from that vision — creating celebrations designed for children, but secretly loved by grown-ups too.
